Must be currently enrolled in a Master's degree program at a US-based university.

Exposure to Digital Design using VHDL or Verilog (preferred).
Exposure to CPU computer architecture (preferred).
Familiarity with basic programming, data structures, and algorithms (preferred).
Exposure to OOP languages like C++ or System Verilog and scripting languages like Perl or Python (preferred).
