Staff Technical Program Manager, Intelligence Systems

What you'll do

• Orchestrate the end-to-end path to flight or fielding by aligning structural, electrical, autonomy, and payload teams.
• Resolve interface mismatches, boundary disputes, and integration gaps between disparate engineering domains.
• Align rapid software sprint releases with long-lead mechanical fabrication and PCB spin milestones.
• Convert technical and operational risks into concrete burn-down plans with explicit ownership and measurable exit criteria.
• Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule (IMS) for internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Manage the contract deliverables process to ensure all government submissions are accurate and timely.
• Monitor project timelines and costs while facilitating interventions to prevent schedule delays.
• Conduct product and subsystem level reviews, change boards, and audits to manage technical changes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in technical project management or related project management in a relevant industry.
• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• Familiarity with government acquisition and reporting processes.
• Experience with government contracts (preferred).
• Ability to create and deliver technical and programmatic presentations to leadership and customers.
• Comfortable with contract financial data regarding invoicing and staffing burn rates.
• Domain expertise in networking, telecommunications, or communication systems design (preferred).
