What you'll do

  • Lead cross-functional discussions to align feature strategy and performance for VIP, SDV2.0, and SC3.0.
  • Develop use cases and requirements for driver monitoring capabilities, ensuring traceability in DNG/DOORS.
  • Evaluate compliance with NCAP and regulatory standards for driver monitoring systems.
  • Drive validation via bench integration and high-fidelity simulation to ensure efficient coverage.
  • Define and own unified test plans for integration, calibration, and validation of driver monitoring features.
  • Track KPIs using data analysis to reduce false alerts and improve context-aware performance.

What we're looking for

  • At least 8 years of engineering experience in active safety systems and automated driving technology.
  • Deep understanding of driver monitoring, driver state estimation, and vehicle performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring project execution.
  • Strong technical communication skills for collaboration across levels and time zones.
  • Experience with requirements management tools (DOORS, DNG) and FMEA analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with automotive ADAS and Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS).
  • Proficiency in using Jira and Jira Xray for project management.
