Staff Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead system integration and verification strategy for new product development.
• Develop and execute verification plans aligned with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a technical lead on major programs to ensure project alignment and timelines.
• Translate user needs into effective verification approaches across hardware and software systems.
• Drive the improvement of test methods, tools, and verification processes for complex devices.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible work experience in a related engineering field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Professional certification or designation in Systems Engineering/Verification and Validation preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate information from varied disciplines including Clinical Medicine, Engineering, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Experience working on complex medical device systems across new product development and sustaining programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at multiple levels within the organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
