What you'll do

Assess software gaps between customer expectations and existing products to classify requirements.
Create user stories and translate customer requirements into comprehensive test strategies.
Design detailed software designs using mock screens, pseudo codes, and functional logic from high-level designs.
Develop and deploy containerized microservices using Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and monitor application health using Grafana, Kibana, and Prometheus.
Drive the creation of automation scripts for CI/CD pipelines and routine tasks.
Perform corrective, adaptive, and perfective engineering activities to maintain software applications.
Execute production rollouts following established service now processes and council approvals.

What we're looking for

Master's degree in computer science or related field and 2 years of software engineering experience.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 4 years of software engineering experience.
Experience designing and implementing web applications with React Js, Next Js, and Node JS.
Experience developing backend microservices using Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
Experience deploying containerized applications in Kubernetes environments using Docker, Istio, and service registries.
Experience with Rest API web services using Java and FHIR compliant web services.
Experience developing Grafana, Kibana, and Prometheus dashboards for application monitoring.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Maven, GitHub, Sonar, and Synk.
