As a Staff Software Engineer on the Sales Tech team, you will join the Data, Growth, & Experiences organization to design and deliver core services within the lead-to-cash domain. What we're looking for
8+ years of experience building web, software, or data-intensive applications with a track record of leading technical workstreams at the senior level.
Hands-on lead-to-cash domain experience including CPQ, quoting, contract management, order management, billing, or forecasting systems.
Proficiency in at least one object-oriented language such as Java/J2EE or C#.
Experience building and shipping production AI/ML capabilities, ideally involving LLM-based features like RAG or prompt engineering.
Ability to influence technical decisions and communicate trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Salesforce platform development or CPQ/Revenue Cloud experience (preferred).
Experience with analytics systems, Kafka, lakehouse environments, or AI evaluation tooling (preferred).
