Staff Software Engineer, Fullstack

What you'll do

• Lead technical efforts to build reliable and maintainable healthcare applications.
• Design and develop frontend interfaces that enhance user interaction with the system.
• Ensure delivery of large, complex technology capabilities within or across teams.
• Maintain and improve existing infrastructure and interfaces within the team's domain.
• Collaborate on technical solutions that simplify interactions for both members and providers.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software engineering, preferably with a focus on fullstack development.
• Proven track record of leading technical efforts to build reliable and maintainable applications and interfaces.
• Strong expertise in frontend technologies and frameworks, with the ability to lean into frontend responsibilities.
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment, including 3 days per week in-office at the Los Angeles office.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively within a team and across multiple domains.
