What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering.
Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering (preferred).
Extensive experience building cloud-native distributed systems using Java and modern backend frameworks.
Strong full stack engineering experience with modern frontend technologies and backend services.
Proven expertise designing scalable APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and DevOps.
Experience leveraging AI-assisted and agentic development tools to improve engineering productivity.
Demonstrated technical leadership through architecture ownership, mentorship, and engineering influence.
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
