What we're looking for
10+ years of software development experience.
Deep, hands-on experience operating CI/CD systems at scale including pipeline design and performance tuning.
Experience building or operating local/remote development environments or developer platforms.
Track record of leading cross-team technical initiatives with measurable impact on developer velocity and reliability.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (ECS/Kubernetes).
Experience with large monorepos and associated git infrastructure challenges.
Strong technical leadership skills including mentoring, influencing without authority, and driving technical direction.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience (preferred); experience with AI-powered developer tooling (preferred).
