What we're looking for
7+ years of experience delivering enterprise-class applications with a focus on backend development, API design, and client/server contracts.
Proficiency in mid-tier and backend functional languages including TypeScript, Java, and/or Scala.
Deep expertise in scalable microservices architecture, messaging patterns, container management (Kubernetes, Docker), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
Strong experience with relational database schema design, NoSQL, ORM concepts, and high-volume, low-latency data pipelining.
Proficiency in integrating and evaluating functional AI models like LLM prompting and personalization algorithms in production.
Solid foundation in OOP, algorithms, web application internals, test automation (TDD), and CI/CD best practices.
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with SaaS platforms, large-scale financial systems, GraphQL, Node.js, and defining long-term technical strategies (preferred).
