What you'll do

Author and champion Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and design documents to set WMS platform standards.
Represent the WMS team in cross-organizational architectural forums to drive alignment with shared platform teams.
Design and build scalable, high-throughput, and low-latency microservices using domain-driven design and Kafka.
Implement observability-first engineering through structured logging, distributed tracing, and automated dashboards.
Mentor senior and mid-level engineers by conducting code reviews and pairing on complex technical problems.
Lead engineering excellence initiatives including latency reduction programs and incident retrospectives.
Maintain and develop cloud-native systems for warehouse management and international order fulfillment.

What we're looking for

Engineering degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 4 years of software engineering experience.
6 years of experience in software engineering or related area.
12+ years of experience building cloud-based highly resilient and scalable systems.
Technical knowledge in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, Rest API, and Kafka.
Expert understanding of Software Fundamentals, Data Structures, Algorithms, Problem Solving, and Agile Principles.
Advanced exposure to cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, or AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Master’s degree in Computer Science or related area and 2 years of software engineering experience (preferred).
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
