What you'll do
Define the 12–18 month technical strategy for Platform SRE teams.
Serve as final authority on major infrastructure changes involving GCP and Kafka.

Standardize SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets across all platform teams.

What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in SRE, Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering roles in high-pressure environments.
Deep expertise in GCP (Networking, IAM, GKE) and Kafka for high-throughput financial systems.
Expert-level proficiency in Python and Go for building production-grade distributed systems.
Mastery of Terraform module design and ArgoCD for managing immutable infrastructure at scale.
Strong understanding of distributed systems theory, including non-linear system behaviors and consensus algorithms.
Proven track record leading large-scale cloud migrations or re-architecting core messaging/compute platforms in regulated environments.
Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to senior leadership.
