What you'll do

Manages Capital expansion initiatives to align with OU growth, ensuring timely execution.
Provides LRSP and AOP Capital Planning support while leading reviews for ongoing projects.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of project management experience in aerospace or related field.
Proven experience in Earned Value Management for program cost and schedule control.
Strong background in Risk and Opportunity Management within complex projects.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
Current Government Secret level Security Clearance and ability to obtain Special Program Access.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic aerospace environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills for influencing results without direct authority.
