What you'll do

- Support portfolio program managers with proposal development and negotiations.
- Lead the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost, and achieving all requirements.
- Develop and control program budgets and schedules, recognizing and capturing changes.
- Travel internationally and domestically up to 25% for meetings and site visits.
What we're looking for
- At least 9 years of project management or related experience supporting US Government contracts.
- Proven ability to manage program budgets, schedules, and changes effectively.
- Strong financial management skills including budget development and control.
- Experience leading IPTs, cost account managers, or as a project lead.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with engineering or technical field background.
- US citizenship required.
