What you'll do

  • Balance competing priorities and make trade-off decisions at the product level.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in product management or related roles in aerospace/defense.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex hardware products through full lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of engineering development and manufacturing operations.
  • Experience with DoD contracts and government customer interfaces.
  • Proven skill in influencing decisions across cross-functional organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills, translating between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
