What you'll do

  • Develop strategic client engagement plans for key defense accounts focused on Launched Effects solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and provide direct support for assigned clients regarding Anduril's products.
  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and resources for product demonstrations and training sessions with clients.
  • Monitor operational status of deployed products to proactively identify issues or areas for improvement.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, providing regular reports on account status and strategic opportunities.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in technical field or related discipline required.
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, sales, or business development in defense sector.
  • Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and close significant government contracts.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience with unmanned aerial systems, autonomous platforms, AI/ML applications, or Launched Effects technologies preferred.
