What you'll do
Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Moveworks platform across JLL.
Define and prioritize use cases aligned with JLL's strategic goals.

What we're looking for
5-8 years of product management experience with at least 3 in enterprise SaaS or AI platforms.
Proven track record managing complex cross-functional platform deployments and hands-on delivery ownership.
Strong command of enterprise system integrations, preferably ServiceNow or similar HRSM/ITSM platforms.
Experience managing external implementation partners and ensuring vendor accountability for quality and schedule commitments.
Excellent communication skills to present to senior leadership and work effectively with operational teams.
Ability to translate business requirements from non-technical stakeholders into clear product specifications.
Strong analytical skills to define and track meaningful KPIs for AI/automation programs.
