What you'll do

Lead ICHRA tooling product strategy, balancing initiatives across growth, compliance, usability, and strategic partnerships.
Manage complex cross-functional projects to drive operational efficiencies and achieve key business objectives.
Define product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
Recommend enhancements for existing products and develop new ones in partnership with leadership.
Ensure effective resource allocation and team coordination among cross-functional departments.

What we're looking for

7+ years of product management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
5+ years of expertise in driving rigorous prioritization processes and managing initiatives.
Strong understanding of technology infrastructure including backend services and database relationships.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-domain initiatives from conception to execution.
Experience root-causing ambiguous problems and building comprehensive roadmaps for solutions.
