Staff Product Designer, Integrity

What you'll do

• Design high-craft experiences for consumers, dashers, and merchants to protect marketplace integrity and trust.
• Create systems that detect risk, assemble evidence, and manage fraud, safety, and compliance workflows.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into actionable project briefs and roadmap milestones.
• Produce high-fidelity designs and production-ready prototypes to set the craft standard for the team.
• Develop shared tools like prompt libraries and automation components to improve cross-team productivity.
• Utilize LLM-powered tools and code editors to build solutions and prototype in production.
• Mentor peers on responsible AI use and contribute reusable frameworks across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Portfolio must demonstrate craft excellence, systems thinking, and leadership through influence.
• Ability to use code editors and LLM-powered tools as naturally as traditional design tools.
• Experience designing solutions for complex marketplace products or high-growth consumer tech.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous, cross-team problems into actionable work and shipped artifacts.
• Capability to produce high-fidelity designs and production-ready prototypes that set the craft standard.
• Ability to mentor peers on responsible AI use and contribute to shared design frameworks.
• Experience building relationships across teams to influence roadmaps through evidence-based thinking.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in the New York City office at least 1–2 days per week.
