Staff Product Designer

What you'll do

• Drive the long-term design strategy and product vision for core features within the vDefend portfolio.
• Design end-to-end user experiences and interactions for advanced security solutions.
• Create low to high-fidelity prototypes to validate designs and complex interactions.
• Translate high-level business goals into seamless, scalable user experiences for enterprise workflows.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with senior leadership in Product, Engineering, and Business departments.
• Mentor and guide junior designers to foster a culture of high-caliber design.
• Proactively engage with end users to gather insights into their work behaviors and challenges.
• Present and communicate design work effectively to both internal design teams and outside audiences.

What we're looking for

• Online portfolio with a range of interactive hands-on samples is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• 12+ years of directly related work experience in Product Design, User Interface Design, or HCI in global technology environments.
• Significant experience designing and building a product from the ground up.
• Expert level knowledge of creative design tools such as Figma.
• Hands-on Visual Design skills.
• Experience with network security product domain (preferred).
• Experience designing products powered by AI (preferred).
