What you'll do

Prototype and assess new technologies for hyper-personalized marketing and assistive field sales systems.
Define and execute the long-term technical strategy and destination architecture for marketing platforms.
Design and provide architectural guidance for large-scale, cross-domain programs.
Develop and scale agentic AI systems, including autonomous sales agents and real-time marketing tools.
Serve as a technical advisor on non-functional characteristics like performance, scalability, and operability.
Clear technical and process roadblocks for developers across the organization.
Mentor engineering and product teams to strengthen technical expertise and promote engineering excellence.
Create and share technical communications, code samples, and blog posts to share knowledge internally and externally.

What we're looking for

At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
At least 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns.
At least 3 years of experience with AWS.
Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience working on applied and agentic AI systems (preferred).
Strong communication skills to translate Agentic AI concepts into business value (preferred).
10+ years of experience in Cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) (preferred).
10+ years of experience coding in Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Swift (preferred).
10+ years of professional experience in the full lifecycle of system development (preferred).
