What you'll do

Build and evolve the modern data platform for the Zelle digital payments network.
Drive all aspects of technical and data architecture, design, prototyping, and production implementation.
Develop data strategies and technical plans to solve complex, large-scale distributed data challenges.
Lead functional team members through planning, execution, and delivery of the technical backlog.
Own the long-term health of specific features and systems while improving surrounding infrastructure.
Develop and implement tests to ensure application quality, performance, and scalability.
Assist Support and Operations teams in identifying and resolving production issues quickly.
Improve engineering standards, data tooling, and processes to support risk management and data integrity.

What we're looking for

Must independently possess the eligibility to work in the United States for any employer.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
Eight or more years of relevant related experience.
Seven or more years of experience in the development of complex data platforms, distributed systems, SaaS, cloud solutions, or microservices.
Six or more years of experience in Data Warehouse, Big Data, real-time and batch processing, and data standards.
Four or more years of experience in the development of Business Intelligence Solutions.
Two or more years of experience in development and operationalization of AI/ML models and model development life cycle activities.
Extensive experience implementing Data Warehouse schemas using SQL Server or equivalent, Big Data (HDFS, Elastic Search), and ETL process development.
