What you'll do

  • Create innovative tools for workflow automation using prompt engineering and LLMs.
  • Deliver data-backed narratives to influence product and engineering leaders on trade-offs and implications.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years of experience in an analytics related field.
  • Must have a Master's degree in a related field and 2 years of experience in an analytics related field.
  • Must have 6 years of experience in an analytics or related field.
  • Must have expert-level SQL skills and strong programming skills in Python.
  • Must be able to design and evaluate large-scale A/B tests and advanced experimentation methods.
  • Must be able to develop reproducible analytical pipelines and experiment workflows using Python and PySpark.
  • Must be able to translate analytical findings into compelling narratives and influence product strategy.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or experimentation (preferred).
  • Preferred: Master's degree in a related field and 6 years of experience in product analytics, data science, or experimentation (preferred).
  • Preferred: PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Econometrics (preferred).
  • Preferred: Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R (preferred).
  • Preferred: Experience using open source frameworks such as scikit learn, tensorflow, or torch (preferred).
  • Preferred: Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards (preferred).
