What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in web-scale data environments solving complex product and ecosystem analytics problems.
Deep expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, causal inference, and programming with Python/R/SQL/Spark.
Strong product intuition to scope and design solutions for ambiguous business challenges.
Proven track record applying ML and causal inference to large-scale product or marketplace issues.
Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML tools and workflows, including LLM-based assistants.
Exceptional communication skills to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
Track record of mentoring data talent at the staff/senior IC level.
