What you'll do

  • Identify leading indicators of revenue and build models to surface high-potential opportunities.

  • Partner with Data Engineering to define long-term GTM data architecture roadmaps.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in Data Science/ML with a focus on GTM or Growth environments.
  • Expert proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and modern ML frameworks like Scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
  • Strong track record of deploying models into production and building scalable data pipelines.
  • Proven ability to initiate and drive projects leveraging Generative AI capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of GTM metrics including CAC, LTV, ARR, ARPU, Pipeline Velocity, Lead-to-Close ratios.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
