What you'll do

Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 support for mission-critical network infrastructure.
Design, build, and maintain AWS and hybrid-cloud systems.
Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows operating systems in large enterprise environments.
Maintain and troubleshoot IP networking systems including routing, switching, and VPNs.
Automate system deployment and maintenance using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management tools.
Produce technical documentation and diagrams for all performed work.
Provide engineering and administrative support to teams of developers and testers while maintaining security standards.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must possess an active TS/SCI with current Polygraph.
Bachelor's degree with 12 years experience, Master's with 10 years, PhD with 8 years, or 16 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
IAT-2 Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+).
Experience designing, deploying, and administering cloud-based solutions.
Experience with architecture, maintenance, and administration of Linux and Windows operating systems in large enterprise environments.
Experience automating tasks using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management tools like Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, Puppet, or Python.
Proven experience working within IT Systems Design, Deployment, and Administration.
Cloud service certification (preferred).
Experience with one or more programming languages (preferred).
Extensive experience designing, deploying, and troubleshooting IPv4 Networking including Subnetting, OSPF Routing, VLANs, and VPNs (preferred).
Recent roles in Technical or Team Leadership positions (preferred).
Knowledge of cloud database management, cybersecurity in the context of the cloud, and Agile Development environments (preferred).
Experience managing and manipulating containers such as PODMAN, DOCKER, or KUBERNETES (preferred).
