Senior TPM, RF Systems

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end Satellite RF product development programs from concept through production.
• Develop structured risk management approaches to ensure program commitments are met.
• Formulate plans for new product introductions including DFM and test strategies.
• Drive cross-team alignment on ownership, sequencing, and delivery of complex projects.
• Apply understanding of system budgets and lifecycle considerations for RF satellite products.
• Translate engineering concepts into executable plans for hardware and software development.
• Develop integrated schedules and manage dependencies in a high-speed, agile environment.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional engineering teams in product development.
• Proven track record managing complex programs at scale with execution plans and risk mitigation.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions on RF systems and drive optimal system-level solutions.
• Experience in developing and implementing manufacturing test strategies and automation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
