What you'll do

  • Design, install, and test RF/SATCOM hardware across multiple frequency bands.
  • Conduct site surveys, climb antennas, and operate earth-terminal control consoles for satellite communications.
  • Perform maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and apply anti-jamming techniques on-site.
  • Use specialized equipment to measure S-parameters, P1dB, TOI, NF, phase-noise, and group-delay.
  • Produce detailed technical drawings, block diagrams, schematics, and documentation packages.
  • Travel up to 15% worldwide for installations, testing, and maintenance in remote environments.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on proficiency with RF test equipment (Keysight PNA-X, FieldFox, etc.).
  • Experience developing preventive maintenance schedules and safety documentation.
  • Strong technical writing skills for multi-service audiences.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex RF hardware issues.
  • Leadership skills to mentor and train site personnel.
  • Knowledge of SATCOM systems design, installation, and testing.
