As a Senior RF Hardware Design Engineer at our Syracuse, NY location, you will contribute to technical planning and system development for complex RF projects, supporting top-level architecture design and requirements decomposition. You will lead the maturation of RF designs through the entire program lifecycle, collaborating with subject matter experts and providing manufacturing support. Your responsibilities include developing work instructions, performing cascade analysis, modeling, simulation, and troubleshooting various RF subsystems and components. Additionally, you will manage cost and schedule for RF systems engineering programs, independently determine technical approaches, and lead teams of engineers to solve challenging issues. The role requires expertise in electromagnetics, RF theories, board design, and the use of tools like ADS, HFSS, and VNA analyzers.
