What you'll do

  • Manage dependencies across multiple teams to drive execution of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Contribute to technical design discussions, ensuring sound architectural decisions are made.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management
  • Deep understanding of data engineering and analytics lifecycles including ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing
  • Hands-on experience with big data technologies like Splunk, Spark, Kafka, Snowflake or Teradata
  • Experience shipping complex, scalable, and reliable data platforms and high-quality data products
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence without direct authority
  • Mastery in translating high-level business goals into phased execution plans with clear technical requirements
