- Deep understanding of distributed systems fundamentals and trade-offs in consistency, latency, throughput, and failure modes.
- Demonstrated ability to influence architectural and cross-functional decisions and drive complex projects from conception to production.
- Clear and effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership and external partners.
