What you'll do

Own the delivery of programs spanning embedded software, cloud infrastructure, hardware emulation, and test automation.
Manage the full VirtSat stack from QEMU-based hardware emulation to cloud provisioning and API reliability.
Define program strategies and build operational mechanisms to improve platform availability and reliability.
Coordinate subsystem onboarding and end-to-end integration with payload, networking, security, and OTA teams.
Execute program requirements using data and metrics to drive continuous improvements.
Build mechanisms to improve cross-team coordination and reduce recurring operational failures.
Define KPIs and SLAs to ensure the platform meets the fidelity and reliability bars required by consumers.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
3+ years of software development experience.
3+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Experience defining and executing program requirements using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Experience with CI/CD systems, software deployment pipelines, or infrastructure operations.
Experience with embedded systems, Linux platforms, or hardware virtualization/emulation (preferred).
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates.
