As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, Ads Delivery Infrastructure, you will join the team responsible for building and operating real-time serving, indexing, retrieval, and budgeting systems that power Shopping and Ads. 5+ years of TPM/Product Ownership experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs in large-scale distributed systems, search/retrieval, or ads/monetization infrastructure.
Solid understanding of the principles and trade-offs involved in scaling large-scale serving, indexing, or retrieval systems.
Experience building dashboards, interpreting data, and using insights to drive decisions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with a track record of partnering with senior engineering and business stakeholders.
Proficiency in GenAI for workflow automation, "vibe coding" scripts/tools, and operating within AI governance and safety-by-design frameworks.
Experience with ads, monetization, or data infrastructure (preferred).
Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities across a fast-moving, multi-workstream roadmap.
