What you'll do
Architect and migrate legacy video conference infrastructure to the cloud.
Support MTR and AV systems in various company spaces.
Administer MS Teams and Microsoft Voice, set policies, and handle Audiocodes.
Perform POC tests on new UCaaS and AV technologies.
Provide tier 3 engineering support for escalated issues within SLAs.

What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
Expertise in Microsoft 365 services and scripting with PowerShell.
Experience integrating third-party apps using APIs or connectors.
Proficiency in planning, architecting, and deploying UCaaS solutions like MS Teams.
Knowledge of security implications for voice, video, and web streaming networks.
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and create root cause analysis reports.
MS-700 Certification required.
