What you'll do
Act as primary product owner for a scrum team building new capabilities for Visa’s dispute platform.
Develop and manage documents like user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes using Jira.
Identify, track, report on, and resolve requirements issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
Contribute to development integration testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Engage with product managers and technology teams to document non-functional requirements.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, or related field with 5 years of progressive experience.
Master’s degree in a relevant field and 2 years of experience as a systems analyst.
Proficiency in requirement elicitation tools for diagramming, mockups, trace analysis, rapid wireframing, prototyping, and collaborative UX design.
Experience working with agile lifecycle and tracking/process management tools like Jira.
Expertise in RESTful API design and API Documentation Tool (Swagger).
Strong understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and cybersecurity best practices for sensitive data.
Domain knowledge in payment systems, including Card Schemes and Open Banking standards.
