Senior Staff Technical Product Manager, Data Product Marketplace, Defense & Systems Data Fabric

What you'll do

• Own the marketplace and catalog feature backlog, including search, discovery, and self-service access workflows.
• Manage the data-product onboarding and certification intake process alongside Data Product Owners.
• Define product specifications such as SLAs, uptime targets, health scores, and critical data elements.
• Maintain catalog completeness and data passport currency as products are published, enhanced, or deprecated.
• Conduct user research and journey mapping to identify and remove friction for data consumers.
• Track and report adoption metrics, including active users, adoption rates, and time-to-access.
• Coordinate with Data Quality Analysts to validate specifications and ensure SLA fit by domain.
• Brief P&L Data Stewards and Solution Architects on process changes or new standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, Associate's degree with 8 years, or High School Diploma with 10 years.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Data Product Management, Data Marketplace Operations, or IT.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) to access export-controlled information.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business (STEM or technical major preferred).
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager certification (preferred).
• Experience with data quality, data-product SLA frameworks, data cataloging, and self-service access tooling (preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
