Perform hands-on engineering tasks including writing feature code, automated tests, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Create and maintain comprehensive incident response plans and playbooks for various disaster scenarios.
Evaluate and implement modern technologies to improve partner integrations and system observability.
Mentor and coach the engineering community to strengthen technical expertise and professional growth.
Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding platform strategy.
Analyze costs and forecast requirements to incorporate them into business plans and resource management.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/experience.
8+ years of professional experience in software development.
6+ years of experience with architecture and design.
6+ years of experience with open-source frameworks.
4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud service providers.
Fluency in at least one modern language, preferably Go or Java.
Deep knowledge of DevOps practices, Kubernetes container management, and hybrid cloud architecture.
Proven track record of designing and maintaining scalable systems with a focus on security and incident management.
