Senior Staff IT Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and implement AI-driven systems, including agent-based architectures and workflow orchestration for marketing and GTM processes.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex MarTech initiatives from technical design through operational readiness.
• Build intelligent workflows combining LLMs, rules, and data signals to support personalization and operational automation.
• Own full-stack solutions spanning user interfaces, APIs, backend services, data pipelines, and AI integration layers.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical designs in partnership with product managers and stakeholders.
• Influence architecture and implementation decisions by articulating technical tradeoffs and design rationale.
• Promote engineering best practices including code quality, testing, observability, and system reliability.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers to improve design quality and end-to-end ownership.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 or more years of experience in software engineering with strong full-stack development experience.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs in production systems, including prompt design, tool calling, and evaluation.
• Demonstrated experience building AI agent-based systems in production, including orchestration of LLMs, tools, and workflows.
• Strong backend engineering skills in Java, Kotlin, Python, or Node.js and solid frontend experience with React or similar.
• Experience building and operating distributed systems on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience applying AI systems to marketing, customer engagement, or GTM workflows (preferred).
