What we're looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in software engineering.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages including Go, Java, Python, or C/C++.
Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals such as algorithms, data structures, system design, and architecture.
Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices.
Experience leading organization-wide engineering projects through all lifecycle stages from inception to operations.
Proven track record of overseeing incident management processes and directing on-call rotations.
Experience building high-performance distributed systems at 100M+ user scale (preferred); expertise in real-time streaming frameworks, OLAP systems, or AI/ML technologies (preferred).
