What you'll do

Own the organization-wide strategy for AI in the software development lifecycle.
Pilot and operationalize AI tooling across the SDLC to enhance developer productivity and code quality.
Define adoption frameworks that ensure responsible use of AI, balancing productivity with security and cost.
Establish metrics to measure AI's impact on engineering velocity, quality, and developer experience.
Provide architectural guidance for integrating LLMs and ML models into production software systems.

What we're looking for

10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML tooling and LLM integration.
Deep hands-on experience with production-level AI developer tools like GitHub Copilot and LLM-powered code review systems.
Strong understanding of LLM fundamentals including prompt engineering, context management, and evaluation of AI tools in development workflows.
Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale AI-integrated systems, considering cost, latency, and quality tradeoffs.
Demonstrated ability to drive technical adoption across large engineering teams without direct authority.
Excellent communication skills for explaining AI technical concepts to both engineers and senior leadership.
