What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML tooling and LLM integration.
  • Deep hands-on experience with production-level AI developer tools like GitHub Copilot and LLM-powered code review systems.
  • Expertise in designing and deploying large-scale AI-integrated systems, understanding cost, latency, and quality tradeoffs.
  • Proven track record of driving technical adoption across engineering teams without direct authority.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate AI technical concepts to both engineers and senior leadership effectively.
  • Experience building internal AI enablement programs or developer experience platforms preferred.
