  • Strong understanding of LLM fundamentals including prompt engineering, context management, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Proven track record of designing and deploying AI-integrated systems at scale with cost and quality considerations.
  • Ability to drive technical adoption across large organizations without direct authority using clear communication skills.
  • Experience in defining and implementing engineering standards for AI-assisted development workflows.
