What you'll do

Design and build scalable infrastructure across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
Lead cross-functional technical workstreams to deliver enterprise-critical infrastructure outcomes.
Establish engineering standards, reusable patterns, and operational practices for multiple technology domains.
Develop automation frameworks, observability tools, and resiliency patterns to improve platform performance.
Design AI-enabled and AIOps infrastructure capabilities where requirements are broad or standards are evolving.
Modernize infrastructure services, deployment patterns, and runbooks to improve security and cost efficiency.
Create reusable playbooks and documentation standards to enable consistent execution by other engineering teams.

What we're looking for

8–10 years of applicable software engineering experience.
Expert proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, C#/.NET, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong full-stack expertise including front-end frameworks, APIs, and back-end services.
Deep experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and AIOps practices.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, and distributed systems.
Advanced understanding of secure coding, vulnerability remediation, and data protection.
Proven experience with agentic AI architectures, LLM prompting, and human-AI interaction design.
