Senior Staff Cybersecurity Risk

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end operations, roadmap, and delivery of the Technology and Cyber Risk and Performance Metrics program.
• Translate complex technical risk data into clear, executive-level reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all metrics to ensure full audit-readiness and compliance with internal standards.
• Identify data gaps and partner with engineers and analysts to improve the quality and accuracy of reporting tools.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align on risk management strategies, thresholds, and reporting standards across various business units.
• Automate manual reporting processes using tools like Power BI or SQL to improve efficiency and data reliability.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to provide strategic direction on security governance and risk mitigation initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in technology, cyber risk, or performance metrics reporting.
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of a technology, cyber, or risk metrics program.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity risk concepts and control frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, or ITIL.
• Ability to translate complex technical data into clear insights for senior management reporting.
• Experience working in cross-functional, global, matrixed environments to influence alignment without direct authority.
• Strong orientation toward documentation, governance, and audit-readiness for internal or regulatory audits.
• Familiarity with reporting and automation tools such as Power BI or SQL to partner with data professionals.
