Senior Specialist, Integration & Test Engineer, Reliability & Maintainability

What you'll do

• Lead the development of reliability artifacts to influence system design and increase mission capability.
• Establish reliability predictions for hardware systems and present analysis results to management and customers.
• Perform reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) analyses and System Safety analyses on aircraft and subsystems.
• Create Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and perform Fault Tree Analysis.
• Manage the Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS).
• Translate system requirements into functional requirements and ensure integration of RAM allocations into products.
• Plan and execute Reliability/Maintainability demonstrations.
• Write subcontractor specifications and statements of work to ensure compliance and flow-down of requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree with six years of Reliability and Maintainability engineering experience.
• Graduate degree with four years of Reliability and Maintainability engineering experience.
• Minimum of ten years of Reliability and Maintainability engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• US citizenship (required for security clearance eligibility).
• US military/civilian aviation maintenance or pilot experience (preferred).
• Reliability and maintainability modeling skills (preferred).
• Human Factors modeling and simulation experience (preferred).
