Senior Specialist, Cybersecurity Engineering

What you'll do

• Engineer and maintain security controls across enterprise platforms like SAP, Salesforce, Databricks, and Microsoft 365.
• Perform security assessments, control validations, and risk reduction activities to ensure platform assurance.
• Integrate security capabilities into CI/CD workflows and automated operational processes.
• Develop automation, "controls-as-code," and reusable security patterns to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor platform security posture and drive the remediation of identified gaps and vulnerabilities.
• Apply AI technologies to enhance cybersecurity engineering, investigations, and automated security tasks.
• Manage security risks associated with the adoption of AI capabilities across strategic platforms.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, cloud security, platform security, or DevSecOps.
• Proficiency in modern AI technologies and the ability to apply them to improve security operations and automation.
• Hands-on experience implementing security controls in PaaS, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
• Experience with identity security, security automation, logging, monitoring, and vulnerability remediation.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and modern cloud-native technologies.
• Experience supporting specific enterprise platforms like SAP, Salesforce, Databricks, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, or Veeva (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, GIAC, AWS, or Azure security (preferred).
