What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 5 years of proven experience developing software in a professional capacity.
At least 2 years of experience with Java, including concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in OOP principles, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns for backend code.
Experience designing and shipping high-scale, high-performance, fault-tolerant, and secure cloud-based distributed systems.
Experience with message-driven/event-driven architectures and messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Experience with caching strategies and in-memory data technologies such as Redis or Memcached.
