What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience developing software in a professional capacity.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Java, including concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in OOP principles, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns for backend code.
  • Experience designing and shipping high-scale, fault-tolerant, and secure cloud-based distributed systems.
  • Experience with message-driven/event-driven architectures and messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Experience with caching strategies and in-memory data technologies such as Redis or Memcached.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
