What you'll do

Own all aspects of software engineering and product development for assigned tasks.
Deep dive into business problems to find efficient solutions using first principles thinking.
Perform architecture, design, and code reviews with peers.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, math, physics, or scientific discipline.
7+ years of professional experience building software in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of experience in full stack development, software engineering, data engineering, or data science.
Programming experience in Scala, Java, C#, Python, Go or similar languages (preferred).
Frontend experience in Angular, React, or similar JavaScript frameworks (preferred).
Experience optimizing in-stream, big data processing and analytics frameworks like Apache Kafka, Spark, Flink, or similar (preferred).
Experience with relational and non-relational databases, data lakes e.g. Hive, Delta Lake, PostgreSQL, CockroachDB or similar (preferred).
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible for required Department of State authorizations.
