Full Stack Software Engineer, Data Platform (Starlink) will join the Starlink team to develop a highly reliable and scalable enterprise data platform for petabyte-scale ingestion, processing, storage, and querying. What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, math, physics, or a scientific discipline, or 2+ years of professional software experience.
At least 1 year of experience in full stack development, software engineering, data engineering, or data science.
Programming experience in Scala, Java, C#, Python, Go, or similar languages (preferred).
Frontend experience in Angular, React, or similar JavaScript frameworks (preferred).
Experience optimizing big data processing and analytics frameworks like Apache Kafka, Spark, Flink, or similar (preferred).
Experience with relational/non-relational databases and data lakes such as Hive, Delta Lake, PostgreSQL, or CockroachDB (preferred).
Experience with data exploration tools like Grafana, Metabase, PowerBI, or similar (preferred).
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to meet ITAR requirements.
